Interventions

Group 1: After informed consent and consent to participate in the study, a prospective patient survey is carried out. Consent is given by filling out the questionnaire in the ED waiting and treatment

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients of full age or minors accompanied by a legal guardian/authorized representative - Patients with the categories blue, green, yellow and orange according to the Manchester Triage System or categories two to five according to the Emergency Severity Index - Self-presenting patients or patients hospitalized by ambulance - Patients or accompanying persons with sufficient knowledge of the German language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Minor patients unaccompanied by a legal guardian/authorized representative - Patients with category red (emergency) according to the Manchester Triage System or category one (immediate life-saving treatment) according to the Emergency Severity Index - Patients unable to give informed consent (e. g. dementia, no legal guardian present) - Patients with insufficient knowledge of the German language
