Inclusion criteria: - Patient at the Clinic and Polyclinic for Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine at the University Hospital of Cologne - Testing carried out for RSV, influenza and SARS-CoV-2 as part of the routine care of the Clinic and Polyclinic for Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine at the University Hospital of Cologne

Exclusion criteria: - Not a patient of the Clinic and Polyclinic for Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine at the University Hospital of Cologne - No testing for RSV, influenza and SARS-CoV-2 carried out as part of the routine care of the Clinic and Polyclinic for Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine at the University Hospital of Cologne
