Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Clinical signs of carpal tunnel syndrome, ulnar neuropathy of the elbow or another peripheral nerve lesion
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Neuromuscular disease of another cause (e.g. myasthenia gravis, ALS, etc.), active underlying malignant disease, current or previous use of neurotoxic medication (e.g. chemotherapeutic agents, nitrofurantoin, etc.). For CTS/UNE patients: previous surgery due to CTS/UNE.

Comparison with the contralateral nerve.
