Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Signed informed consent form - Existing diagnosis of the ICD codes mentioned - Availability of a tryptophan value, collected during treatment in the Interdisciplinary Emergency Department of the UKSH, Campus Kiel

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Significant language barrier with regard to spoken and/or written German

MeasureTime frame
- Clinical course 6-12 months after emergency hospital presentation due to pulmonological, cardiological, nephrological, and rheumatological causes, depending on the initial tryptophan level. - Frequency of medical contacts (outpatient visits, emergency department presentations, or hospitalizations following the initial event).

Extent of recovery of organ function stratified by affected organ system (lung, heart, kidney, musculoskeletal system)
