Group 1: Group 1
The participants in group 1 conduct two medication reviews without the medication review tool ‘MediCheck’ and two medication reviews with the medication review tool ‘MediCheck’.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. German licence to practise as a pharmacist 2. current activity in a community pharmacy 3. no previous establishment of the pharmaceutical service ‘Extended medication counselling for polymedication’ in the respective pharmacy 4. declaration of consent to data protection and participation in written form 5. possession of a PC or laptop with Internet access and possession of the ‘Microsoft Word’ software programme
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. no German licence to practise as a pharmacist 2. no current activity in a public pharmacy 3. lack of declaration of consent to data protection and/or participation in this study 4. already firmly established above-mentioned pharmaceutical service in the pharmacy 5. not possession of a PC or laptop with internet access and the software programme Microsoft Word
