Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients attending urological counseling at the University Medical Center Mannheim were prospectively enrolled on-site

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with cognitive impairments or psychiatric conditions

MeasureTime frame
Perceived user-friendliness, utility, safety, comprehensibility of medical content, as well as empathy and confidence of urological patients in AI after direct exploratory interaction with a chatbot in a clinical setting.
