Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patient (patient) or relatives of patients diagnosed with an oncological disease that is not curable - Capacity to consent Inclusion criteria for the patient representative and healthcare professionals: - Age = 18 years - Counseling and care of patients with a disease that is not curable - Capacity to consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with the following criteria will not be included in the clinical trial: - Patients who, in the opinion of the treating team, are in too poor a general condition or too burdened to participate in a study of any kind, - Patients with cognitive or communicative deficits - Patients with a life expectancy of a few days Exclusion criteria for relatives: - Relatives who feel too burdened to participate in a study of any kind to participate - Relatives with cognitive or communicative deficits - Relatives of dying patients Exclusion criteria for the patient representative and healthcare professionals: - cognitive or communicative deficits

Design outcomes

MeasureTime frame
Verbally expressed wishes and concerns of patients, relatives, psycho-oncologists, SAPV team members, patient representatives regarding psycho-oncological care in the home context. A one-off interview is conducted with each person in study months 3 to 6. The interviews are evaluated in the period from the 7th to the 9th month of the study.
