Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients with tympanotomy with sealing of the round window membrane after acute hearing loss and all patients with conservative therapy after acute hearing loss

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Craniocerebral trauma, varicella infection, vestibular schwannon, preoperative medication with Osmofundin and Diamox

Improvement of hearing performance in tone audiometry after acute idiopathic sensorineural hearing loss in patients with and without tympanotomy with covering of the round window membrane

Comparison of the hearing generation with regard to gender, age, various concomitant symptoms of hearing loss, concomitant drug treatment, hearing loss before therapy
