Patients are surveyed digitally four weeks before their bariatric surgery and two weeks, five weeks, three months, six months, twelve months, 18 months, 24 months

Inclusion criteria: BMI>35 Internet-capable device Seeking bariatric surgery Written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: BMI<35 Insufficient knowledge of the German language Re-intervention (patient has already undergone bariatric surgery before)
