Group 1: Genetic diagnostics in hematological malignancies focussing on cytogenomics in myeloid neoplasm in correlation to prognosis and prediction to treatment

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - 18 years - hematological malignancy (AML, MM, Lymphoma, MDS, MPN), - blood and/or bone marrow sampling - informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - missing informed consent - no hgematological neoplasia except for predictive testing of a first degree relative with proven germline variant

Measure	Time frame
Improvement and Refinement of diseases classification of respective hematological malignancies by correlation of novel genetic variants to OS, PFS, DFS and in case of acute leukemias, remission status after induction and consolidation therapy, Analysis every 75 patients of any specific entity	—
