Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - 18 years - hematological malignancy (AML, MM, Lymphoma, MDS, MPN), - blood and/or bone marrow sampling - informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - missing informed consent - no hgematological neoplasia except for predictive testing of a first degree relative with proven germline variant
