Inclusion criteria: Employment as a physician at the Clinic and Polyclinic for Obstetrics and Women's Health in Mainz

MeasureTime frame
Time per myomectomy on the uterus model compared between both groups

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
- Evaluation of the participant using an Objective Structured Assessment of Technical Skills (OSATS) with comparison of the two study arms (Blinded video assessment) - Recording of blood loss during the simulation and comparison of the two study arms - Evaluation of suture quality according to Munz and Muresan et al. and comparison of the two study arms - The frequency of accidental opening of the uterine cavity is compared between the two study arms.
