| Internal consistency: Internal consistency is determined by calculating Cronbach's alpha for each dimension (Operational Skills, Seeking Information, Judging Information, Using Information, Navigating Skills, Generating Content, Maintaining Security, Protecting Privacy) of the eHLTI. Construct validity: The dimensions “Seeking information”, “Judging information”, “Using information” of the eHLTI are validated with the respective dimensions of the German version of the eHEALS (Soellner et al., 2014). The dimensions “Maintain security” and “Protect privacy” of the eHLTI are validated with the German translation of the subscale “Protection of online privacy” (Li, 2018). The total scores of the eHTLI are validated with the HLS-EU-Q16 - G (Jordan & Hoebel, 2015). Content validity: The comprehensibility, practicability and comprehensiveness of the eHLTI's will be quantitatively assessed by surveying the target group with 10 people per country in the DACH region (Terwee et al., 2018). The items and/or the response format can then be adapted. | — |
