Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy subjects and subjects with obesity without previous chronic diseases

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any chronic diseases, arterial hypertension, eye diseases, wearing contact lenses 24 hours before the examination

1. Comparison of changes in retinal vessel density using high-resolution OCT before and during blood glucose fluctuations over 60 minutes. 2. Comparison of changes in arteriolar and venular caliber using high-resolution OCT before and during blood glucose fluctuations over 60 minutes. 3. Comparison of changes in retinal fluorescence lifetime (measured by fluorescence lifetime imaging ophthalmoscopy, FLIO) at baseline and during blood glucose fluctuations over 60 minutes.
