Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for online survey: - Age 18 to 67 years, any gender - Nursing staff with active caring professional activity at the Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin - Participation in the BGF programme (at least one component) of the provider Hanseartes LIFE Gesellschaft für berufliches Gesundheitsmanagement mbH - Declaration of consent is available Inclusion criteria for semi-structured qualitative interviews for health coaches: - Age 18 to 67 years, any gender - Nursing staff with active caring professional activity at the Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin - Participation in the BGF programme (at least one component) of the provider Hanseartes LIFE Gesellschaft für berufliches Gesundheitsmanagement mbH - Completed training as a health coach as part of the BGF programme - Declaration of consent is available Inclusion criteria for semi-structured qualitative interviews for managers: - Age 18 to 67 years, any gender - Employees of the ward management or nursing centre management (activity in ward organisation, duty rostering etc.) at the Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin - Declaration of consent is available

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Participation in intervention studies - Expected lack of compliance with regard to study participation (e.g. notification of not wanting to answer any further questions; limitation of general compliance ability) - Insufficient knowledge of the German language - No e-mail address available - No skills or ability to operate or use tablets, computers or smartphones independently

Nursing staff participating in the BGF programme: Change in SBK (after 10, 52 weeks) - Subjective pain intensity at the site of the most severe pain using a visual analogue scale (VAS, 0-100) within the last 7 days (after 10, 20, 52 weeks) - The localisation of the pain, based on the Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire (NMQ, after 10, 20, 52 weeks) - Frequency of pain (frequency per week, after 10, 20, 52 weeks) - Subjective psychological well-being, measured using the World Health Organisation Five Well-being Index (WHO-5, after 10, 20, 52 weeks) - Subjectively perceived general resilience within the last 7 days on a VAS (0-100, after 10, 20, 52 weeks) - Subjectively perceived stress, measured using the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10, after 10, 20, 52 weeks) - Subjectively perceived sleep disturbances, measured using a VAS (0-100, after 10, 20, 52 weeks) - Days of incapacity for work (after 10, 20, 52 weeks) - The acceptance of the BGF programme based on the participation rate (use of which components, number of training units/training sessions attended) - The subjectively perceived effectiveness of the BGF programme based on a free-text question Health coaches, ward managers and the nursing centre managers: - All primary and secondary endpoints (see above) are surveyed for the health coaches, as they are also nursing staff participating in the BGF programme. - The subjectively perceived effectiveness of the BGF programme as a self-assessment (only health coaches) and external assessment is recorded in the semi-structured qualitative interviews after 52 weeks. - The acceptance of the BGF programme as a self-assessment (only health coaches) and external assessment is surveyed using semi-structured qualitative interviews after 52 weeks. - The practicability of the programme in everyday inpatient life as a self-assessment (only health coaches) and external assessment is surveyed using semi-structured qualitative interviews after 52 weeks. - T
