Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: independently living individuals without prior experience in exergaming
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: history of neurodegenerative or neurological diseases, acute physical or mental impairments preventing safe exergaming participation for four weeks, or any surgical, injury-related conditions affecting pain-free movement during the study

| Brain activity during the exergame is recorded using electroencephalography (EEG) at sessions 1,2,3,6 and 9 and absolute activity is described. Physical activity during the exergame is recorded using accelerometers on the lower back and both feet at sessions 1,2,3,6,9 and 12 and vector magnitude described. Heart rate during exergaming was measured using a chest belt at sessions 1,2,3,6,9, and 12. Performance as game score of each game is recorded by the exergaming system at all sessions. Perceived cognitive and physical exertion is assessed using two virtual analog scales (VAS) after the game at all sessions. | — |
