Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - histopathologically confirmed diagnosis of nasopharyngeal cancer in patients living in a non-endemic region - pretherapeutic imaging includes MRI or PET-CT-scan - 3D planned radiotherapy - treatment between 01/2004 and 12/2023 - at least 12 months of follow-up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: At least one inclusion criteria is not fulfilled.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Involvement of medial retropharyngeal lymph nodes is a binary variable and the primary endpoint of this study.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
- Overall survival, progression-free survival, distant metastases free survival - Pattern of recurrence - Radiation treatment (dose and fractionation, boost yes/no?) - Chemotherapy (concurrent/neoadjuvant/regimen) - Treatment duration - Toxicity
