Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Doctors in private practice in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, especially in the city of Greifswald as a model region, who show interest in implementing the ‘Prescription for Exercise’ - Patients who regularly receive medical care from doctors in private practice in Greifswald - Patients who live in a defined geographical area in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and whose medical care is in Greifswald

Exclusion criteria: - No consent to study participation from doctors and patients or their legal guardians - Insufficient language skills

MeasureTime frame
-Analysis of favourable and obstructive influencing factors for the implementation of RfB in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, taking into account the perspectives of physicians via a online-questionnaire distributed in summer 2024 -Survey of the current status with regard to the sitting and movement behaviour of patients using the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) in private practices. The evaluation will take place between August and end of September 2024.
