Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy siblings of a person who has/had a serious or chronic illness (or has died from it) since/in childhood or healthy siblings of a person with a disability Good knowledge of German (at least B2), as the workshop will be held in German

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Minor or lack of capacity to consent Moderate to severe cognitive impairment that would limit workshop participation Current pregnancy/breastfeeding Current psychotherapeutic treatment due to a mental disorder (whether participation in this group programme is appropriate at the current time will be clarified with the treating psychotherapist) Acute mourning phase

At T0/T1/T2: Questionnaire to record the retrospectively perceived burdens, resources and effects of siblings of persons with chronic illnesses and/or disabilities (FEBRA); sense of family coherence (FSOC) Also at T0: questions on socio-demographic and medical information, previous and current sibling relationship, previous and current level of care of the ill/disabled sibling(s), use of psychosocial services, knowledge of psychosocial services Also at T1: satisfaction with the workshop (ZUF-8); extent of subjective changes in behaviour, perceptions or emotions (BVB-2000, selected items: 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17)
