Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Confirmed diagnosis of Klinefelter syndrome - Signed consent (for underage participants consent by the legal guardian)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Revocation of the patient's consent/lack of consent - Lack of language skills

MeasureTime frame
Prevalence of metabolic syndrome by analysing fasting whole blood sample, physical examination + urine test (one study appointment required)

- Body composition by body impedance measurement using BIA scales - Insulin resistance (blood sample analysis) - Inflammation parameters (blood sample analysis)
