Inclusion criteria: - Patients with COPD (diagnosis according to GOLD criteria) - Consent - The ability to read and understand German
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Age < 40 years - Lack of capacity to consent - Diagnosed bronchial asthma - Other lung diseases

In particular, the study will examine whether lonely and/or socially isolated COPD patients visit their GP/pulmonologist more often and whether they have to be hospitalized more often due to their illness.
