Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients with thermal injuries. Admission to the BGKH Center for Severe Burns Patients during the defined period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN). Did not receive PTSD screening. History of PTSD.

Identification of potential risk factors for the manifestation of PTSD in patients with thermal injuries from the literature.	—

Measure	Time frame
The potential risk factors from the literature are then examined in a retrospective case-control study in the population of burn patients at the BG Klinikum Hamburg.	—
