Inclusion criteria: All patients admitted to and treated in the ICU at the University Hospital of Augsburg from July 2019 to July 2023.

Prevalence of PICS risk factors and incidence of PICS and PICS-F after hospital discharge.	—

1) Correlation of PICS occurrence after ICU treatment and the detected risk factors. 2) Risk classification using the Pareto Principle (20% highest risk; 80% lowest risk) and categorization of patients into low-, medium- and high risk groups. 3) Estimation of annual incidence and number of patients with PICS after ICU treatment at the University Hospital of Augsburg. 4) Record of individual and combined risk factors for PICS. 5) Rate of risk factors and incidence of PICS in various conditions such as sepsis, delirium and among different surgical specialties. 6) Severity of major impairments on cognitive, physical, psychological and pain levels quantified by suitable scoring systems/ scores.	—
