Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Survey of all contracted individuals: All persons contacted by the pension insurance institutions due to a risk score of at least 60 points. Post-consultation survey: All persons per pension insurance institution who received counseling. Guided interviews on the planned administrative process and on the difference between planned and implemented administrative process: One person responsible for the administrative process per pension insurance institution who can describe the planned individual administrative process for each institution and reasons for the differences between the planned and implemented individual administrative process. Documentation form 1: All in the administrative process involved persons per pension insurance institution. Documentation form 2: All counseling persons involved in the project per pension insurance institution. Guided interviews to evaluate the administrative process: One person per pension insurance institution who carries out the consultations and one person responsible for the administrative process per pension insurance institution. Guided interviews with counseled persons: Two persons per pension insurance institution who received counseling.
