Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Resident in Germany & German-speaking (data collected in German), Participation in a (hospital-based) patient advisory board for at least three months, and in the following function: patients, former patients, family members or informal carers of patients, or institutional representatives of the hospital (e.g. doctors, nurses, administrators, QM or clinical risk management representatives) or other actors of patient advisory boards (e.g. scientists, neutral moderators)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Insufficient knowledge of German, No or less than three months' membership or involvement in the Patient Advisory board
