Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Persons insured with the German Pension Insurance residing in Hamburg, Mecklenburg- Vorpommern, Schleswig-Holstein or Berlin and Brandenburg with an application for children and adolescents rehabilitation according to § 15a SGB VI in 2024, 2025 or 2026 deposited in the insured person's account.

| The primary outcome of our study is the mean change in applications for CAR according to Section 15a SGB VI in the exposed intervention region of the GPI North (Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern) in relation to the non-exposed control region for the period from quarter 1 2024 to quarter 4 2026. The data basis for the analysis is the routine data of the GPI. The analysis will be carried out using a difference-in-differences approach. | — |
