Group 1: A questionnaire is used to collect data from suitable individuals on their current mental health, treatment preferences and barriers to help-seeking behaviour as well as relevant socio-demogr

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consenting patients between the ages of 18 and 25 who currently report psychological complaints/stress; adequate knowledge of spoken and written German; sufficient visual and reading ability; ability to complete the questionnaire independently

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy an/or breastfeeding

1) Mental health (total values of the survey instruments mental stress, GAD-2, PHQ-9, AUDIT-C, drug use and mental illness) 2) Treatment preferences (total values of the survey instruments previous experience of mental health treatment and treatment preferences; additional qualitative assessment via free text fields) 3) Help-seeking barriers (total values of the BASH-B, BACE and other help-seeking barriers survey instruments; additional qualitative assessment via free text fields) The data is collected once using a coherent questionnaire.	—
