Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Acute traumatic Tossy = 3b injuries < 3 weeks old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Open injuries or infected wounds in the surgical area - Fractures of the acromion, clavicle or coracoid - Old injuries > 3 weeks old or recurrent injuries - Obvious incompliance / dementia - Rockwood 4 and 6 injuries - Known previous operations on the AC joint - Existing pregnancy - Concomitant neurovascular injuries

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The main aim of this prospective study is the first description of the method measured by radiological parameters for anatomical AC joint reposition and correct drill tunnel / implant placement

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The secondary aims are to minimise complaints while maximising the function of the operated limb, which are assessed by means of clinical examination and anamnesis with three questionnaires (DASH, NCS and EQ5) at the time of trauma, surgery, after 6 weeks and after 3 months.
