Group 1: One-time survey of patients, siblings, parents/guardians during intensive medical therapy & relevant professional groups. Time of survey: time of diagnosis + at least 70 days Examinations: -

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Pediatric oncology patients of the UK Cologne with a new or recurrent diagnosis during intensive oncological therapy (up to and including 4 weeks after the last therapeutic administration) ? Malignant disease ? 0-17 years of age ? Existence of the declaration of consent for study participation from the patients and their legal guardians ? Time of the survey: - Time of diagnosis + 10 weeks - Discharged home at least once after the start of therapy ? Existence of the declaration of consent for study participation from the patient and the legal guardians

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Failure to meet the inclusion criteria ? Date of diagnosis <10 weeks ? Last therapeutic administration of intensive therapy was more than 4 weeks ago

MeasureTime frame
There is no classical primary endpoint. Aim of the study: Evaluation of satisfaction with the exercise therapy provided during acute therapy. Time of survey: time of diagnosis + at least 70 days HOW: ? Self-constructed survey ? Fatigue PedsQL ? Health-related quality of life: PedsQL Core ? ActiOn! questionnaire (physical activity level)
