Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Age = 18 years - Body-Mass-Index = 35 kg/m² - Sleeve gastrectomy in the past 18 months or planned sleeve gastrectomy - Written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Insufficient knowledge of German language - Serious mental or neurological disorders - Intake of tranquilizers or neuroleptics - Intake of GLP-1-receptor agonists - Intake of dopaminergic medication - Previous neurosurgical procedures or traumatic brain injury - Previous alcohol or drug abuse - Pregnancy/lactation - Insufficiently adjusted Diabetes mellitus Type 2 - Metal or electric implant in the head, e.g. cochlea implants - Pacemakers - Danger to self and others - Lack of ability to consent
