Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy men and women between the age of 18 and 40 BMI 18-30 kg/m2 Non-smoker letter of agreement in writing
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Smoker Diseases affecting nutrient absorption, digestive function, metabolism, or excretion Severe chronic diseases (e.g., Hepatitis B and C, diabetes mellitus) Pregnant and breastfeeding women Known allergies or intolerances to any of the tested foods
