Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Guideline-compliant surgery for the treatment of a fracture of a large tubular bone (Femur, Humerus, Radius, Ulna, Tibia, Fibula) under general anaesthesia of any surgical urgency classification; patients capable of giving informed written consent; Age >= 65 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participation in another prospective interventional study involving the cardiovascular system; placement by court or official order; previous participation in TRANSONIC; patients who do not speak German
