Inclusion criteria: Chronic multilocular pain syndromes: ICD-10 F45.40, F45.41, M79.7

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Insufficient knowledge of the German language to independently complete a questionnaire, refusal to participate in the study

1) Intensity and duration of chronic pain: DGSS (Pain Questionnaire of the German Pain Society) 2) Reduction of chronic stress experience: (TICS)

The following psychological assessments are conducted at the beginning and end of interdisciplinary rehabilitation treatment: • PHQ-D (health questionnaire for patients)) • KERF (questionnaire to determine stressful childhood experiences) • TICS (Trier Inventory for the Assessment of Chronic Stress) • PTSS-10 (questionnaire on PTSD symptoms) • DGSS (Pain questionnaire - German Society for the Study of Pain) • BEVA (questionnaire for complaint validation) The biomediators listed below are determined in the laboratory at the beginning and end of the interdisciplinary rehabilitation treatment (serum level determination and cell activity measurements): • Cortisol • hsCRP, IL-6, IL-10: “Inflammasome” • CXCL10: Sickness behavior • Leptin, cholesterol, EPA: lipid metabolism • AEA (anandamide), 2-AG: ECS • Zonulin: microbiome (brain-gut axis) • Homocysteine: mitochondrial metabolism • 25(OH)VitD3: cell nucleus metabolism • BDNF, dopamine: (peripheral) sensitization • miRNA - 183 cluster • miRNA-320 cluster
