Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy female athletes Semi-professional-professional activity in team sports.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Refusal to participate in the study by the test subjects • Unable to fill out questionnaires • All types of acute infections, acute or chronic inflammations, chronic diseases, etc. • Drug treatment that may influence the study results • Acute injuries to the musculoskeletal system • Diagnosed CHD or type II diabetes • Pregnancy/breastfeeding period • Daily intake of DHA supplements (in the last 3 months) • Cow’s milk protein allergy • (self-diagnosed) Lactose intolerance
