Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - diagnosed acute mastoiditis - less than 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - acute otitis media without mastoiditis - 18 years or more

Measure	Time frame
The aim of the study is to assess the incidence of acute mastoidtis before, during and after the Corona pandemic at nine ENT-clinics.	—

Measure	Time frame
- finding a strategy to reduce life-threatening complications of otitis media in children - gaining quantitative data that influenced the incidence of acute mastoiditis in childen during Corona pandemic and resulting therapy concepts - developing strategies for future pandemic situations and reduceing A&E stress	—
