Eligibility

Sex/Gender
All
Age
18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Age > 18 years - Elective chemosaturation with the EKZ

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Refusal of study inclusion by the patient -Existing pheochromocytoma (tumour in the adrenal gland), as this is a hormonally active tumour that releases catecholamines - the measurement results could therefore not be evaluated.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Laboratory diagnostic measurement of the catecholamine level during chemosaturation (pre- and post-filter)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
-Check the correlation between the time of occlusion of the inferior vena cava and the catecholamine level -Measurement of inflammatory markers -Correlation of the catecholamine level with haemodynamic variables (blood pressure, cardiac output, heart rate) -Correlation of the catecholamine level in the blood with haemodynamic therapy (vasopressor/volume administration)
