Inclusion criteria: Bariatric Surgery at the University Hospital Mannheim, Germany Consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria: Age under 18 years

Antral grading system score (grade 0/1/2). The ultrasound measurement is performed preoperatively in the supine and right lateral position as part of the preoperative preparation.	—
