Group 1: All study participants receive the same intervention throughout the study. In the "Poscor" app, those affected receive support with immediate measures in the form of psychoeducational breath

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Smartphone / tablet with internet access -Post-COVID diagnosis -Pension insurance with DRV Nordbayern -GP practice is located in Bavaria, preferably in Lower Franconia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Unsufficient German language skills -Lack of informed consent. -Severe impairment of vision or hearing.
