Inclusion criteria: complex Posttraumatic Stress Disorder
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: acute suicidal tendencies, substance abuse, psychotic symptoms, individual exclusion criteria, which are asked about in a detailed interview before inclusion in the study (strategies for emotion regulation, self-injurious behavior, dissociations, previous therapeutic experience, medication, outpatient therapeutic connection, etc.)

| Symptom burden of depressive and anxiety symptoms (recorded with the PHQ-9, GAD-7), dissociative symptoms (questionnaire on dissociative symptoms, FDS), symptoms of somatic stress disorder according to DSM-V (measured with the SSD-12) and recording of emotion regulation (Emotion Regulation Questionnaire, ERQ) and the sense of coherence (Sense of Coherence, SOC-L9). Data collection points such as primary outcome at T1, T2, T3. Assessment of traumatic experiences in childhood/adolescence using the Childhood Trauma Questionnaire (CTQ) at T1. Additional qualitative data collection by means of a semi-structured telephone interview (approx. 20 min) at T2 and T3. | — |
