Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age- and sex-matched to the patient collective of the EXTINCT study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Inadequate image quality due to insufficient light transmission of the optical media (cornea, lens, vitreous body) or lack of cooperation - Pre-existing ophthalmological diseases - Diabetes mellitus - Chronic fatigue syndrome - Lack of capacity to consent - Previous apheresis therapy - Additional oxygen requirement or ventilation during COVID infection - Acute infectious diseases - Pre-existing cardiovascular disease (e.g. arterial hypertension, vascular occlusion)
