Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| The primary outcome of this study is to demonstrate the promotion of healthy everyday habits among the participants. This is measured using specially developed questionnaires that are completed at three different time points: at the start of the study (month 0), and then again at months 3 and 6. These questionnaires gather information about participants' exercise habits, nutritional behaviors, and their self-perception. | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Secondary endpoints include evidence of a reduction in measurable risk factors such as weight, blood pressure, abdominal circumference, cholesterol levels, and long-term blood glucose levels. Additionally, the estimated risk of stroke will be assessed using the stroke riskometer. These measurable risk factors and the stroke risk evaluation will occur during two study visits: one at the beginning of the study and another after six months. Each visit will involve collecting a venous blood sample. | — |
