Inclusion criteria: Metabolic-Bariatric Surgery at University Hospital Mannheim from 2018 on The cognitive and language ability to understand the consequences of the study and written informed consent

Exclusion criteria: Inability for written informed consent Expected non-compliance

Set-up of a database of all metabolic-bariatric surgery (MBS) patients at University Hospital Mannheim (starting 2018) as well as all patients prospectively receiving MBS. Primary end point is weight loss after MBS.	—

Prospective Data: StudoQ Questionnaire RSI (Reflux Symptom Index) SF-BARI questionnaire SF-36 (Short-Form 36, quality of life) IWQoL-lite (Impact of Weight on Quality of Life) BAROS protocol (Bariatric Analysis and Reporting Outcome System) Weight and BMI Nutritional protocol (1 week) Physical activity protocol (2 weeks) Intake of vitamins and supplements BIA (Bioimpedance Analysis) Medication intake Weight-loss medication Retrospective data: BIA (Bioimpedance Analysis) Follow-up data (regularly scheduled follow-up appointments) Intraoperative complications Postoperative complications Revisional surgery Mean hospital stay Weightloss Re-Do Surgery after insufficient weight loss oder weight regain Pre- and postoperatove esophago-gastro-duodenoscopy Pre- and postoperative Lab values, Malnutrition Medication intake Weight-loss medication Pregnancy and pregnancy complications after MBS Retrospective data will be collected once upon inclusion.
