Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Written informed consent to participate in this study - Indication for replacement or reimplantation of a revision total knee arthroplasty

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Steroid intake over 1 year > 7.5mg/d - Osteoporosis diagnosed by means of apparatus and treated with medication - Rheumatoid arthritis - Patients unable to give consent - Pregnancy and breastfeeding

Zone-based bone mass density (BMD) (g/qcm) after 12 months follow-up

MeasureTime frame
- Comparing the KSS (Knee Society Score) and WOMAC scores (Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index) post-OP, after 3 and 12 months - Comparison of the leg axes in the frontal plane (alignment), stem migration/stem dislocation and radioluscent lines (post-OP and after 12 months)
