Group 1: Patients aged 18 and over with a diagnosed kidney tumor who have given their consent to be included in the registry are being observed.

Inclusion criteria: Cross-sectional imaging detected renal tumor

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of ability to consent

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Basic and follow-up documentation of kidney tumor patients at Mainz University Medicine with a prospective registry focussing on effects of guideline changes, effects of changes in therapeutic concepts and influence of innovations on overall survival, therapy adherence and adverse events compared to previous standards of care.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. Assessment of the care and follow-up infrastructure for localized kidney tumors and its surgical treatment with a focus on different types of local therapy. 2. Assessment of complication rates and adverse events with a focus on comparing different systemic therapy approaches for advanced kidney tumors. 3. Longitudinal analysis of oncological results with a focus on the effect of a changing therapeutic landscape. 4. Continuous collection of available data on patients' renal function and cardiovascular morbidity as parameters for the long-term effects of renal tumor disease.
