Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: main diagnosis obesity or diabetes mellitus signed declaration of consent to participate in the study technical and cognitive prerequisites for using the Internet sufficient knowledge of the German language (especially in writing)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: serious psychiatric illness (e.g. suicidal rehabilitants, severe eating disorder, traumatization), serious somatic illness (carcinoma, state after LTX) that has a greater impact on the rehabilitee's prognosis than the underlying illness, condition after bariatric surgery (aftercare is usually provided by a surgical center), rehabilitants who do not have sufficient knowledge of the German language (especially in writing).

Degree of traget achievement 2. psychological parameters: - Self-efficacy expectation (SWE) - Self-esteem (RSES) - Anxious symptoms (HADS-D) - Depressive symptoms (ADS-K) - diabetes-specific emotional stress (PAID) 3. medical parameters: - Body weight - Long-term blood glucose level (HbA1c) 4. socio-medical parameters: - incapacity to work times
