Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Age = 18 years - Indication for elective distal pancreatectomy, with or without splenectomy - Minimally invasive or open surgical removal (resection) for tumors or cysts of the pancreatic tail - ASA I-III - Verbal and written informed consent - Ability to understand the content and scope of the study and to be able to implement it

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Distal pancreatectomy as a secondary procedure during a gastric or colon resection - Participation in another study that influences the study results - > ASA 3

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Incidence of pancreatic fistula. There is a follow-up of 30 days after the operation.
