Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Elevated levels of perceived stress (PSS-10 > 22) - Age between 18 and 70 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Wearing a pacemaker - Cardiovascular disease (e.g. myocarditis) - Cardiovascular medication - BMI 30 kg/m² - Severe internal, neurological or mental illnesses - Psychotropic drugs
