Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: neck pain for 3 months or longer grade 1 neck pain: no signs of major pathology and little interference with daily activities grade 2 neck pain: no signs of major pathology but may impact daily activities neck pain which can be reproduced by neck rotation or neck extension sign a written informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: vertigo, dizziness,, vertebrobasilar insufficiency, migraine headaches, history of neck trauma or surgery, neurological disorders, difficulties understanding instructions, difficulties adopting the required posture on the devices
