Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Independent travel to the location of the exercise programme (green and park areas of the respective district) - Basic knowledge of the German language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -There is a medical prohibition against physical exertion. - A serious, medically diagnosed health event within the last 6 months (e.g. heart attack, stroke, bone fractures, operations, pneumonia). - Diagnosed dementia or major depression - Participation in other clinical trials, e.g. to test new drugs

MeasureTime frame
- The participatory development and embedding of municipal structures for the sustainable implementation of the "MoKo-Fit" intervention concept for older people that promotes physical activity. The necessary local resources and capacities for implementing the programme are to be built up. - Adapting the Koumme programme to demographic change - Expansion of the physical activity programme to the entire city of Chemnitz by taking into account the specific circumstances of the urban area

MeasureTime frame
- Further evaluation of the positive effects of the "MoKo-Fit" programme on the health and well-being of the participants. Longitudinal quantitative data on cognitive, physical and psychosocial parameters are collected at two measurement points: at the beginning (T1) and at the end (T2) of the exercise intervention with a duration of 16 weeks.
