Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: BMI: 30.0 – 40.0 kg/m2 on the scale of the study center No severe diseases Informed written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe diseases Pregnancy and lactation Vigorous weight fluctuations (> 5 kg) in the last 3 months Immobility Bariatric surgery Participation in other intervention studies, which could influence the study outcomes in any way. Carrier of pace makers Related persons (family members, partnership, same household)

Body weight after 12 weeks of intervention

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Body weight after 24 and 48 weeks. Changes of quality of life after 12, 24, and 48 weeks. Changes in dietary behavior and quality. Changes in physical activity.
