Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Male and female patients - Pediatric referral with clinical indication for contrast-enhanced MRU with furosemide administration. - Availability of all necessary laboratory parameters (creatinine/GFR according to internal guidelines of the UKT) - Written informed consent from patient and/or guardian

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - All MRI relevant exclusion criteria - All contrast media-related exclusions - All Furosemid-related exclusions - Non-compliance of patients to undergo an MRI scan. - No written consent to the study from the patient and/or guardian, or clear refusal from younger children (usually <12 years).

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Comparison of changes in T2 times of renal parenchyma after administration of furosemide with lateralized renal function in contrast enhanced dynamic MR urography.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Determination of T2 mapping parameters relevant to renal function (absolute or relative change in T2 time, duration, and time to onset of T2 time change after furosemide administration), determination of the rate of potentially saved contrast examinations.
